Getting started

Follow six steps to create your first security awareness quiz and send it to your team.

Welcome to OkayLoop! Your first quiz starts with your own content and is tailored to the roles and tools your team uses every day.

1. Create a project

Go to Projects and click Add. A project is a training theme.

See Projects and content for the first two steps.

2. Upload your content

Open your project and add your source material as PDFs (up to 10 MB) or URLs. This could be internal policies, security guidance, or training documents.

Every question and quiz you create later is based on this content.

3. Generate questions

Go to Learning → Generate Questions and select your content. OkayLoop automatically pulls out the key topics. Then choose:

  • Roles: Engineering, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, Design, and Top Executives.
  • Tools: select the apps each team actually uses, such as Outlook, Teams, or Zoom. Leave tools your organization doesn't use unselected. If a tool you need is missing, let us know and we'll add it.
  • Difficulty, question mode, and number of questions (1–20).

Click Generate Questions. Our AI reads your content and writes scenario-based multiple-choice questions for each team you selected. This takes a few moments.

See Questions and approval for more detail.

4. Review and approve

No question goes out without your approval. Preview each question, then Approve, Edit, or Reject anything that doesn't fit your workflow.

If you're happy with the whole batch, use Approve All.

5. Build a quiz

Go to Learning → Create Quiz. Give the quiz a title, filter by project, role, or topic, and select the approved questions you want to include.

Each project can have as many quizzes as you need, for example one for Finance and another focused on MFA.

See Building quizzes.

6. Launch a campaign

In Campaigns, decide who receives the quiz and when:

  1. Choose your quiz.
  2. Add participant email addresses.
  3. Set a start date and an expiry date.
  4. Turn on email notifications.

Each participant receives their own personal link. Use Preview to see exactly what participants will see.

See Launching campaigns.

Try it yourself first

For your first campaign, add only yourself as a participant. It's the fastest way to see the whole experience from start to finish.

Track the results

Your Dashboard shows active campaigns, participants, and completion rates at a glance. Analytics goes deeper, with scores for each participant, performance by topic, and the areas where your team needs more practice.

See Dashboard and analytics.
