OkayLoopQuestions and approval
Generate scenario-based questions for your team's roles and tools, then preview, edit, and approve them before use.
OkayLoop reads your source content and writes scenario-based multiple-choice questions for the teams you select.
Generate questions
Go to Learning → Generate Questions and select your content. OkayLoop automatically pulls out the key topics.
Choose roles
Select the roles you want to create questions for:
- Engineering
- Finance
- HR
- Sales
- Marketing
- Design
- Top Executives
Choose tools
Select the apps each team actually uses, such as Outlook, Teams, or Zoom. Questions will mention the selected tools so that scenarios fit your team's daily work.
If your organization doesn't use a listed tool, leave it unselected. If a tool you need is missing, click Support in the app or reply to your welcome email. Let us know and we'll add it.
Set question options
Choose the difficulty, question mode, and number of questions (1–20).
Click Generate Questions. Our AI reads your content and writes questions for each team you selected. This takes a few moments.
Review and approve
No question goes out without your approval. Preview each question, then choose:
- Approve to make it available for a quiz.
- Edit to adjust anything that doesn't fit your workflow.
- Reject to leave it out.
If you're happy with the whole batch, use Approve All.
