If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (“CCPA”), requires us to provide additional information about how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. This section applies only to California residents.

Your Choices Regarding “Sharing” and “Selling”
You have the right to opt out of our sale or sharing of personal information for online analytics or advertising purposes.
We do not currently sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA and have not done so in the 12 months preceding the effective date of this Privacy Policy.
Other CCPA Rights
If we ever offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information, we will provide appropriate disclosures and obtain your consent as required by law.
The CCPA also allows you to limit the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information.
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information except for essential business purposes that cannot be opted out of under the CCPA.

Shine the Light Disclosure
The California “Shine the Light” law allows California residents to request information about how we disclose certain categories of personal information (as defined by that law) to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
